How to Resend an Invitation Email

How to Resend an Invitation Email in CreamSoda

If a user didn’t receive their invitation email, CreamSoda allows you to resend it:

💡Note: Users should check their spam or junk folders if they don’t receive the email.

  1. Open Manage Users:

    • In the left menu bar, select More Options and go to Users > Manage Users.

  2. Find the User:

    • Scroll to the user’s card and click to expand the options.

  3. Resend Invitation:

    • Click on verify link to send the invitation again. If you do not see the verify link, it means that the user has been successfully onboarded and their email has been verified.
