How to update your Organization Information

Steps to Update Your Organization Settings:

1. Choose More Options from the left menu bar.
2. Scroll down to Organization Settings.
3. Click on Update Organization Settings.
4. Upload your Company logo and provide your company information. Your company logo will be used in communication with customers.
5. Providing your company address is required if you wish to send marketing emails using CreamSoda or to use certain functionalities like Appointment Booking. This is required to meet privacy laws in various jurisdictions and to ensure that your emails avoid spam filters and land in the intended person’s inbox.
6. Select the privacy law you want your organization to comply with. This will allow CreamSoda to help you meet those requirements.
